Aledo new construction
Aledo is a buyer-leaning market right now. Prices are down year over year, homes sit about seven weeks, and they sell a little under list, which also gives you room to negotiate with builders. Figures above are for the city of Aledo only. Walsh and the 76008 ZIP add more sales.

How buying new works here
- Register your agent on the first visit. Many builders require it. After that, you may be on your own.
- Compare incentives, not base prices. Builders move money into rate buydowns, closing costs or upgrades. The best deal is often the quick move-in home with the biggest incentive.
- Get the full tax rate. MUD and PID assessments vary by community and can change your payment by hundreds a month.
- Inspect it anyway. A new home still gets an independent inspection before drywall and before closing.
