Aledo ISD schools
Aledo ISD has seven elementary schools, two middle schools and one high school. District lines don’t follow city lines. Walsh is inside Fort Worth city limits but is in Aledo ISD, and so are parts of Willow Park, Annetta and unincorporated Parker County. Always confirm the assigned campus for the exact address with the district before you buy.

Aledo Learning Center (1016 Bailey Ranch Rd) is the district’s alternative campus for grades 9–12.
Walsh and the Fort Worth / Aledo ISD split
Walsh homes have a Fort Worth address and Fort Worth city services, but students go to Aledo ISD. Walsh Elementary sits inside the community. When the district last redrew zones, it noted that it doesn’t run buses for Walsh students who attend Walsh Elementary.
Attendance zones
The current elementary and middle school zones were approved by the school board in March 2024 and took effect in the 2024–25 school year, when McKinney Elementary opened. Zones change as the district grows, so check the district’s current map and call the district for the specific address. Don’t rely on a builder’s or a listing’s school field.
